Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience with full-cycle on IT recruiting.
- Advanced english level.
- Degree in Business administration, Talent Management or related.
- Solid ability to conduct semi-structured interviews.
- Technology knowledge in different coding languages, technical stacks and terminology.
- Experience managing multiple positions at that same time and tracking recruiting KPIs.
- Local and regional (LA) recruiting capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of the Costa Rican engineering and IT market.
- Abilities to organize and prioritize tasks and requests.
